  • …………………………………………………………………..
  • In this lesson you will built your own obstacle course and learn how important it is to be agile.
  • Activity: ask if you are allowed to take your mattress off your bed and put it on the floor. Then ask if you can use a bed sheet to hang it in the room with clothespins and run around your house to collect some pillow to built a tower. Find a rope of some kind and drape it on the floor, you are going to pretend it is your balance beam and you have to walk on it without stepping on either side. Built an obstacle course and take turns with the people in your house while timing how long it takes them to get through the obstacle course. Send us a picture or a video of your course and how you are a natural veteran because you passed your own home training course
  • Awareness: Veterans are usually amazingly agile. They have been through extensive training and most of them have done intensive obstacle training.

  • Art Activity

    Complete the Art Activity
  • Create a piece of art with any medium, using crayon, paint, pencil or whatever you like! It can be a three-dimensional piece or a painting on a sheet. You can use anything you find around the house. The point is to create a piece of art using the color Yellow. You can make something about the color yellow or instead, it can be art about veterans! It can be simple or it can be much more complex! Be creative, think outside the box! As you know by now, we love to see your work! Send it to support@causefund.org
