If you want to know what kind of charities focus on this cause, please check our "frequently asked questions" section on the website: www.causefund.org/choose-a-cause. • Read the Cause Day™ Round-table Question on the index card. The question for today is: How does the charity that you want to support raise their money? For example: Are they doing that through TV ads or mailings. How about some other charities? Research five charities and how they raise their money.
  • PE Activity

    Complete the PE Activity
This lesson is all about a routine that works.
  • Activity: We are all different, some people like to sweat and some don't, but it is a fact that you need to get your heart rate up and sweat in order to burn enough energy to burn fat cells that are stored in the body to stay healthy. Weather you sweat while dancing or sweat while running around with your dog, it does not matter, but the goal of this activity is to make you sweat for thirty minutes doing something you love to do. Some more examples: Jumping rope, running outside around the house 10 times if there is space, jumping on a mattress that is moved onto the floor (if your parents allow it :)) etc.

  • Art Activity

    Complete this Art Activity
  • Create a piece of art with any medium (that means you can use crayon, paint, pencil, newspaper, cereal or whatever you like! It can be a three-dimensional piece or a painting on a sheet. You can use anything you find around the house. The point is to create a piece of art using all colors Gray. That seems like a tough task at first, but you could think about a drawing done with just pencil. It can be simple or it can be much more complex! Be creative, think outside the box!
